Worked as a Project Manager for World Bank Kabul (Islamabad Office)

Deputed a team of qualified technical (ITIL certified) and took all major and minor tasks from the previous partner. Coordinated with its Office (Chennai) and develop close coordination for the SLA compliance and complex IT task management.

With the close coordination of World Bank Global IT, we redeveloped IT Infrastructure in Islamabad for future operations of WORLD BANK AFGHANISTAN.

DHCP Migration:

The project First Microfinance Bank DHCP migration was done perfectly within the Project deadline.

Install Base Inventory:

To rack up the actual inventory from the core branch level, the toughest project of installing base inventory was successfully executed and closed within a minimum time frame and according to the budget.
Access Point (AP) Activity in 100 branches of The HBL-MFB within the deadline of 25 days.

A Project initiated by IBM for the up gradation of HBL Network routers & switches to the Huawei SDWAN Technology, as a GOLD Partner of
Huawei & JBS aligned the team of Network Professionals for the configuration and installation of the Product at 2500 HBL branches in Pakistan.
