Hey!!

Did you write a killing resume before? If No? Don’t be worry! I am here to explain How can you write a perfect resume which will grow you for a very skilled environment.

Just bothering you for 5 minutes only. Begin with a killing summary. Describe yourself but within 20 words. Can you? Let’s suppose you are writing like “ I am a Software developer with a solid experience of 10 years, Core expertise in Php

This is your first and summarizes intro to the recruiter. And keep in mind the first impression will always the last.

Keep the recruiter stick with your resume:

Once he goes through with your objective he will prepare his mind how concerned are you with the job you want. Be very specific what are you applying for? If you are applying for a Software development position do write how good are you in development, in which language you are an expert?

For example, if you are good at Php, .net? Do write how skilled you are in Php and .net.

Add the projects:

Do not forget to add the projects you’re dealing with. If you’re in T24 development (A specific software for the banking sector, famous in the Middle East, India and Pakistan) mention your responsibilities. Are you developing that customize model? or providing the back end support to the client?

This will define your essence about software development in the sector of the concerned application or software. This customization will boost your resume and it will be more helpful to the recruiter.

Recruiter is sharp, Do you?

Keep yourself socially active and related to your domain. In the survey of 2000 hiring firms usually visit the candidate’s social media and scrutinize them through their profiles.

And the survey report shared some facts regarding the preferences of hiring like, IT is at 76% Sales and Marketing = 65% and Finance reached 61%.

So you have to be an active member of your social profile, for example, you are on LinkedIn you have to add your technical skills in the description and do not private yourself because 6 out of 10 recruiters said we wouldn’t interview the one who is not socially active.

What recruiter expect?

A recruiter is always expecting a story of failure. A story that defines your troubleshooting and your interest in problem-solving. How much sharp solution provider you are? So, you should share a story of your career in your resume.

For example, you have fixed an error which they couldn’t fix. So, you should have to share that incident how did you get that.

The story will obviously leave an impact on the recruiter. He will definitely consider you because he will think that you would do a good job if you got in again.

Final Trimming:

Now we conclude. Some trimming is necessary for the part which is not essential. Make it more pertinent to the position you want.

This is how you can write a perfect resume and I can bet you will find you desire job opportunity.
